A thermoplastic sheet (8) is placed between the halves (2, 3) of a first mold, and a second thermoplastic is injected between the sheet and the surface of the second tool half (3). The tool halves are then clamped together to induce flow of the second thermoplastic over the sheet. After cooling the laminated sheet is removed from the first mold and thermoformed in a second mold with a bath profile.
