PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor with high reliability, wherein even under such environment as high temperature and high humidity, no liquid leakage from near the through-hole of a lead wire of a sealing member takes place. SOLUTION: To an elastic high polymer 100 pts.wt., 50-200 pts.wt. of a filler, 10-80 pts.wt. of carbon black as reinforcing agent, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a curing agent, and 1-10 pts.wt. of magnesium oxide are mixed. A sealing member 4 obtained by valcanizing them for molding, and a driving electrolytic solution whose electrolyte is a carboxylic acid salt, which is a quarternary compound comprising N,N,N'-substitutional amidine base withγ-butyrolactone as main solvent, are provided. As a result of this configuration, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor of high reliability with no liquid leakage is obtained. |
