摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process, to adjust the variation rate of reflection wavelength by adjusting an applied voltage, and to improve the flexibility of the device by adhering a specific piezoelectric element to an optical fiber where a grating having the same turbulence intervals are formed, applying electric fields which are different by turbulence by the piezoelectric element, and making the turbulence intervals different. SOLUTION: The optical fiber core 100 inside a coating (clad) 110 is provided with an optical fiber where a grating 101 which has the same refractive index and turbulence at constant intervals is formed, the piezoelectric element 102 which is adhered outside the optical fiber, and a voltage supplier 103 which supplies a voltage to the piezoelectric element 102. Namely, the grating 101 having the turbulence at the constant intervals is formed on the optical fiber core 100 and mutually different tensile forces are applied according to the turbulence positions of the formed grating 101 to make the turbulence intervals different with the positions. The tensile forces are supplied by the piezoelectric element 102 and the voltage supplies 103.
