PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a structure which is provided with a pattern due to ruggedness on its surface with high dimension and shape accuracy and also at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: A plating layer 12 is formed on the surface of a low heat expansive cast iron substrate 11 by an electroless plating method that uses a nickel system alloy. After the layer 12 is coated with a photo resist, exposure and development are performed to the photo resist and a protective film is formed by the photo resist providing a prescribed pattern. Then, the layer 12 is etched from the upper part of the protective film, the pattern is formed on the layer 12 and grooves 13 are formed. After a left protective film is removed, as the result, the formed surface is coated with a fluorine system resin or the like. Then, heat processing is performed on a coated film 15 such as the fluorine system resin and the layer 12, the layer 12 is cured and also the coated film 15 is baked. |
