PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new patch which contains a matrix satisfying the prescribed requirements as a constituent material and can consequently improve the diffusion of active substances contained in the patch to skin and/or the action on the skin. SOLUTION: This patch possesses the surface for pasting on skin and includes a reflection layer 4 reflecting infrared rays released from the human body at the space between the reflection layer 4 and the surface for pasting on skin, a matrix 3 which possesses self-adhesive property, increases the adhesive property along with the increase of temperature in the range of 20-40 deg.C and is made of the material containing at least acrylic or vinyl polymer, and at least one kind of active substances which are contained in the matrix 3 and act on skin.
