<p>A method of calculating a cruising range, comprising the steps of: subtracting the amount (J) of fuel injected into an engine (14) from the amount (F) of accumulated fuel metered with a fuel meter (12) to calculate the amount (Z) of remaining fuel; dividing the distance (M) traveled by the car by the amount (J) to calculate a mileage (Fm); and multiplying the amount (Z) by the mileage (Fm) to calculate a cruising range (K).</p> |
