<p>Disclosed is a pharmaceutical preparation for prophylactic and/or healing tranasdermal application of cholinesterase reactivators, which reactivators contain a substance and/or a mixture of substances selected from the group containing 1-(2-hydroxyiminomethylpyridinium)-3-(4-carbamoylpyridinium)-2- -oxapropane, pralidoxime, methoxime, obidoxime, trimedoxime or a mixture of at least one of these cholinesterase reactivators with at least one cholinolytic substance selected from the group containing atropine, homatropine, scopolamine benactyzine, biperiden. According to a proposed solution said pharmaceutical preparation comprises: an impervious cover foil, which is provided at its periphery with an adhesive layer determining an application surface; and an ointment or cream, or foam, or hydrogel containing said cholinesterase reactivators, optionally, cholinolytic substances, or, it is further provided with: an impervious foil provided with an adhesive layer attaching the preparation upon the skin and at the same time anchoring a cholinesterase reactivators-containing anhydrous hydrophilic matrix, optionally, in combination with cholinolytic substances; and a removable protecting foil which after being stripped off the matrix is impregnated with a solvent and the preparation is attached on the skin, or, it contains a supporting foil provided with an adhesive layer attaching the preparation upon the skin and at the same time anchoring an anhydrous hydrophilic matrix with a removable antiadhesive foil which after being stripped off the matrix is impregnated with a solution of cholinesterase reactivators, optionally in combination with said cholinolytic substance, and the preparation can be attached upon the skin.</p> |
