PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the structure common for cooling and to reduce noise to be accompanied by the cooling of the hard disk regardless of kinds of hard disks. SOLUTION: A cooling spring 3 is installed on a plate 5 and heat conductive bodies 2 are placed on spring shaped parts 9 of the cooling spring 3. Spring shaped parts 9 are brought into elastically contact with heat releasing part 8 of a hard disk 1 whose positions are different by placing the hard disk 1 from over the cooling spring 3 and by fixing the disk 1 to the plate 5 with screws 7. Heights of the heat generating parts 8 positioned on the rear surface of the hard disk 1 are respectively different, but, the differences among respective heights of respective heat generating parts 8 are absorbing by the spring shaped parts 9 of the cooling spring 3.
