PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the partial image of an object body by receiving an X-ray beam emitted from an X-ray beam emitting means by means of a receiving means after it crosses a part of the object body. SOLUTION: An L-shaped stand 1 having a nearly vertical support 3 is arranged at one end of a nearly horizontal base 2. A rotary shaft in parallel with the support 3 is disposed in the opposite side end part 5 of the base 2 so as to permit the stand 1 to be rotatable. Besides, a support arm 6 is fitted to the upper part 7 of the support 3 so as to be rotatable around a shaft 8. The support arm 6 can be a bayonet shape. A C-shaped annular arm 9 is fitted to the other end part 10 of the support arm 6 and made to be rotatable about the shaft 13 as a center. The X-ray tube 11 is arranged in the C-shaped arm 9 and an X-ray detecting equipment 12 is disposed at the opposing position on its diameter. The object supported on a table 15 is irradiated with the X-ray beam from the X-ray tube 11 and the beam passes through the object and is detected by the detecting equipment 12. Thus, the partial image is obtained.
