摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radiation effect by allowing a heater and a radiator to adhere one another. SOLUTION: A projecting part 2 is formed while it projects from a surface where a traveling-wave tube 5 is placed and the side part is provided with a first inclination surface forming an acute angle on the placement surface. A cut-out part 3 is formed near a high temperature heater 1 of the traveling- wave tube 5 and has a second inclination surface with essentially the same inclination as the first inclination surface of the projecting part 2. The traveling- wave tube 5 is arranged on a radiator 4 so that the projecting part 2 is engaged to the cut-out part 3, and force in a direction marked by an arrow 9 is applied by a screw 7. At this time, since the first inclination surface of the projecting part 2 and the second inclination surface of the cut-out part 3 are pressed to the placement surface in horizontal directions each other, the high temperature heater 1 is pressed against the radiator 4. Therefore, the high temperature heater 1 is allowed to directly adhere to the radiator 4, thus improving heat transfer and radiation effect.
