PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce mineral water having a taste like natural mineral water and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: This water purifier 1 is provided with a water storage tank 2 having a water discharge port at its lower part and a cartridge filter 3 exchangeably attached to the water discharge port. In this case, the grains contained in a soln. stored in the storage tank and having >=5μm diameter are filtered off by the cartridge filter 3, and the soln. stored in the storage tank is dripped out at a rate of >=0.5 l/hr.
