PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a plurality of rows of metal roofings having a surface facing press shape to arrange them in the direction of the width, overlap them each other, promote heat insulation efficiency preventing the condensation on the rear sides of them by thermal insulating materials backed and adhered to the rear sides of the metal roofings roofed by combining them with each other and sound absorption efficiency reducing rain noises caused by raining sound and, at the same time, to prevent the incursion of rain water, etc., into the rear sides of the roofings from a lap joint section in a water-tight state. SOLUTION: Viscoelastic damping material 4c and synthetic resin foam 4a or rubber foam 4b are monolithically backed and adhered to almost the whole of the rear sides 3 of metal roofings A and B, and in a lap joint between the metal roofings A and B, and batten and roof substrate are fastened with screws to fix through the metal roofings A and B at an interval in the joint direction. By the constitution, damping efficiency is promoted by the viscoelastic damping material 4c, thermal insulating efficiency is promoted by the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b, the viscoelastic dampling material 4c and synthetic resin foam 4a or rubber foam 4b are bound by clamping pressure, and they can be fixed by overlapping them in a water-tight state in the lap joint section.
