MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN FOAM AND RESIN FOAM

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of resin foam is provided to have the even fine cell at the high ratio of a closed cell, to have the high expansion rate and to be able to regenerate. CONSTITUTION: The resin foam is manufactured by the steps of: melting resin by heating the thermoplastic resin after injecting it to an extruder(3); manufacturing a mix-milling material by mixing organic gas with the thermoplastic resin in the extruder; and forming foam by exhausting the mix-milling material from a metal mold(4) having a tube-typed channel which is mounted on the end part of the extruder.
