PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert and engage the end of a heat transfer pipe into a pipe block to the common groove hole of a concentrated pipe securely and liquid- tightly without being affected by a dimension tolerance by forming the concentrated pipe with a plurality of pipes being engaged at a front side and providing a groove hole that is opened, at least, at one single-pipe front at each pipe. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is provided with a pipe/fin block consisting of the lamination bodies of a flat pipe 5 being separated and a heat transfer corrugated fin 6 that is inserted between them. Also, an end 5a of the flat pipe 5 is twisted, for example, by 90 deg., is made parallel to a longitudinal axis 7 of a concentrated pipe 8, and at the same time is inserted and engaged into a passage groove hole 9 that is formed on the pipe wall of the concentrated pipe 8. Further, a cup-shaped sleeve 10 is provided for closing the concentrated pipe 8 at the lower side of the groove hole 9. Then, the concentrated pipe 1 is formed by a circular pipe and a groove hole 2 being extended in an axial direction is provided on the pipe wall. The groove hole 2 is blocked with distance toward the front from the pipe front end at a front end region 1a of the concentrated pipe 1, and at the same time is opened at the other concentrated pipe front region 1b.
