<p>The present invention relates to compositions for enhancing the immune response to one or more antigenic determinants in a host which comprise the antigenic determinant in admixture with fibrin and/or fibrinogen or a derivative or metabolite thereof; and/or one or more catalyst(s) of fibrin glue formation. The present invention also relates to methods for enhancing an immune response to an antigenic determinant comprising administering the antigenic determinant to a host simultaneously with fibrin and/or fibrinogen such that a fibrin glue matrix is formed at the site of administration.</p> |
