PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate birds which roost in stations and apartments and bring about dung damage and noise. SOLUTION: A specific thickness is required as roosts which become stable places at which birds roost from the viewpoints of size, structure and function of legs of birds. Fine wire 5, or the like is stretched by reversely utilizing these facts to prevent roosting and twisting back at proper intervals is applied to these wires or these wires are passed through rotatable short pipes and when birds roost, these wires are rotated to make roosts unstable. Birds are barred out of the places by eliminating stable roosts.
