PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase capacity and reduce noise by suppressing turbulence within a casing. SOLUTION: A motor 30 for rotatively driving a fan 35 is secured on a motor mount body 25 disposed within a casing 20 having a tubular shape. The motor mount body 25 has a plurality of equalizing plates 28 integrally provided from a vicinity of the fan 35 to an exhaust opening 23. When air flows within the casing 20 by rotation of the fan 35, a spiral flow is formed in the casing 20 but collides against the equalizing plates 28 and flows along the equalizing plates 28 to the exhaust opening 23, so that a spiral turbulence can be prevented from being generated in the casing 20.
