PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform an unlocking state of a claw caused by the human error or the failure on a mechanism, to an operator or the like, and to improve the safety and the reliability on a crane device. SOLUTION: A drum lock device for crane comprises a means for stopping the operation in the take-down direction, of a drum by latching a claw 13 to an unevenness formed on an outer periphery of a drum of the crane, further comprises a lock detecting means for detecting the existence of the latch state of the claw 13 to the unevenness 12, a lock discriminating means for discriminating the necessity of the latch of the claw 13 to the unevenness 12, and a warning means for generating the warning on the unlatching of the claw 13 when the unlatch of the claw 13 is detected by the lock discriminating means, and the necessity of the latch of the claw 13 is discriminated by the lock discriminating means.
