PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of an attaching portion of a blower fan by relieving power added on a clamping boss portion of the blower fan to prevent buckling, deformation and the like of the blower fan clamping boss portion, and certainly prevent racing of the blower fan. SOLUTION: On a reinforcing ring-shaped rib portion 17 formed on a back surface part of a blower fan 12, a fitting recess portion for a clutch shoe attaching boss 14 provided on a magnet rotor 15 attached to an output shaft 13 of an internal combustion engine is formed. The fitting recess portion is fitted for the clutch shoe attaching boss 14 to fix the blower fan 12 to the output shaft 13.
