PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always assure a good ventilating efficiency of a ventilator without depending upon a layout of a ventilating hose by executing to take a remedy for breakage at a bent part of the hose. SOLUTION: In the indoor unit comprising a fan for sucking indoor air from a suction port and diffusing it from an air outlet, an indoor heat exchanger for heat exchanging the indoor air with a refrigerant supplied from an outdoor unit, a ventilating fan for sucking the indoor air, a ventilator having a ventilating hose 19 coupled to the fan to introduce the sucked indoor air out of the room to exhaust it, and an indoor unit controller having various type electric circuit elements; a sectional shape of the hose 19 is formed substantially in a substantially D shape bulged at a chord 19a.
