PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonmagnetic one-component toner superior in fixability and offset resistance and stable in chargeability at the time of successive printing and capable of obtaining a good image and superior in durability. SOLUTION: This nonmagnetic one-component toner contains a polyester resin (A) solid at a normal temperature, which is obtained by making a polyester resin (a) made from a monoepoxy compound and a polyepoxy compound having >=5 epoxy groups and an unsaturated dibasic acid as raw materials, further polymerizing by heating (a) or in the presence of polymerization initiator.
