摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving part structure for a piezo type flow regulating valve, capable of reduction of the number of part items in connection parts of a piezo-actuator, improvement of radiating efficiency of a piezo-stack, and improvement of temperature characteristics and durability. SOLUTION: The driving part-structure of a piezo-type flow regulating valve is made of a piezo-actuator 1 in which adiaphragm 9 having a fixed part 9b and a displacement output part 9a is provided on one end side 1A in the longitudinal direction and in which a flange 1a is provided on the one end side, a cap nut 3 which engages with the flange 1a to install the piezo-actuator 1 to a valve body 2, and a cap nut receiver 4 which has a cylindrical part 4a fixed to a center shaft of a valve element operating part 2a of the valve body 2 in a state where it is erected concentrically with the center shaft, and which forms a screw thread 4b capable of being screwed into the cap nut on the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 4a.
