PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication fault due to entry of wrong setting information due to a typing mistake by a user from taking place. SOLUTION: A device control section 12 registers an ID of a network device and setting information, designated by a user in response to a registration instruction of the user to a device setting information table 31 and a revision history table 32, reads the setting information corresponding to the ID designated by the user, in response to the revision instruction of the user from the revision history table 32, and displays the information on an input output device 2 to allow the user to revise the information resulting in updating the device setting information table 31 and to add the revised information to the revision history table 32. The device control section 12 reads the setting information, corresponding to the ID designated by the user in response to a reflection instruction of the use from the device setting information table 31, displays the information on the input output device 2 to make the user confirm the contents of the information, and transmits the confirmed setting information to cause the network device to reflect the setting information.
