PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount carrier which has excellent operability, can be miniaturized, and is capable of simplifying the structure of a mount retaining mechanism. SOLUTION: The mount carrier is so constituted that a feed section 3 for feeding the mount X and a treating section 4 for prescribed treating of the mount X and a discharge section 5 for taking out the mount X subjected to treatment are connected by a transport route 10 and that the mount X is moved through the treatment section 4 from the feed section 3 to a discharge section 5 by a transport means 15 moving along the transport route 10. In such a case, carry-in route 10a from the feed section 3 to the transport route 10 4 and an ejection route 10b from the treatment section 4 to the discharge section 5 constituting the transport route 10 are intersected with each other in order to change the transport direction of the mount X. In addition, the carry-in route 10a and the ejection route 10b are respectively provided with the transport means 16 and 19.
