System includes subsystem recording characteristics of used toilet paper arranged in separate location and subsystem receiving and recording data coming from recording subsystem. System has gauge 12 determining amount of consumed toilet paper, duration of withdrawal of toilet paper taken by consumer and amount of toilet paper taken by consumer per single withdrawal. Invention is aimed at solution of problem of generation of information on requirements of consumers of toilet paper.
