PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a partitioning wall which can be easily mounted and has good appearance, and to provide a structure for mounting the same. SOLUTION: There is provided an ALC panel 11 which has a plurality of first long nuts 11a embedded in a plurality of first holes, respectively, formed in the panel and having respective openings in an end surface of the panel such that the openings communicate with screw holes, and a plurality of second long nuts 11b embedded in a plurality of second holes, respectively, formed in the panel and having respective openings in at least one main surface closer to an end surface on the opposite side to the end surface having the first long nuts, such that the openings communicate with screw holes. The ALC panel 11 may have tiles 12, 12a bonded thereto, as needed. The ALC panel 11 is fixed to a floor on a lower story by means of metal fittings fixed to the first long nuts 11a, and then fixed to a beam on an upper story by means of metal fittings fixed to the second long nuts 11b.
