摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thermoformable paperboard excellent in workability in a good productivity by forming a laminated structure where a paper layer made mainly of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber and a paper one made mainly of cellulose pulp are mutually and alternately superimposed. SOLUTION: This thermoformable paperboard having a laminated structure is produced by making paper so as to mutually and alternately superimpose a paper layer A formulated with 60-100 wt.% thermoplastic synthetic fiber [e.g. synthetic pulp formed from branched polyolefin such as polyethylene having the melting point of 80-200 deg.C, preferably 100-175 deg.C, a melt flow ratio of 0.1-100 g/10 mL, the density 0.900-0.980 g/cm3 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) according to a GPC method of 1.5-3.5] as a principal ingredient and a paper layer B formulated with 60-100 wt.% cellulose pulp, and by setting the basis weight of each paper layer and a thickness ratio of (the layer A/the layer B) to 10-300 g/cm2 and (1/1)-(1/10), respectively.
