PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue taking lectures without difficulty by utilizing mobile communication. SOLUTION: This education system 10 for taking lectures of teaching materials by utilizing mobile communication has a teaching material server 12 for distributing the teaching materials, mobile communication devices 4, and an on-line data communication network 42 among them. And, the teaching material server 12 comprises a teaching material data base 16 for storing the teaching materials by dividing them into plural teaching material units 32, an attendant database 20 for storing personal data, etc., of the attendants, a network processor 18 with an interface function with the communication network 42, and an education system central processor 14 which controls an input/output of the data between these, and takes out one teaching material unit of the teaching material database, and passes it onto the network processor 18 so as to distribute it to the attendants once or more a day.
