PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an oil-immersed transformer compact and facilitate assembling work by installing a conservator on the tank of the transformer main body. SOLUTION: This transformer has insulating oil contained in a tank 1 and low-pressure bushings 2 and high-pressure bushings 3 arranged opposed to one another. In this case, a conservator 5 for absorbing the expansion and contraction of the insulating oil is interposed between the bushings 2 and 3, and an electrically conductive shield member 8 is provided on the lateral surface of the conservator 5 which is on the side of the bushings 2.
