An arrangement for homogenizing / emulsifying flowable materials, comprises a container provided with at least one homogenizer (2) having an inlet (7) for feeding raw materials to the homogenizer, and a feed line (4) which discharges into the container in proximity to the homogenizer inlet (7), is new. The feed line (4) may be insulated up to its actual discharge point (5) in order to prevent premature cooling when hot melt products are being emulsified into cold liquids.
