PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily deposit a metal on the entire case through melt spraying, the case being formed by mounting a case attachment which forms a space with a case member formed into a prescribed shape or has a space on the case member through welding. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing comprises the steps in which (step S1) a rough surface forming process is applied to both a case member 2 formed into a prescribed shape and a case attachment 1, which forms a space with the member 2 or has a space, (S2) the rough-surfaced case attachment 1 and the case member 2 are mounted through welding, (S3) a rough surface forming process is applied to the weld zone, and (S4) a metal melt spray coating process is applied.
