The mechanism has a chain, with which a grease fitting is movable (1) from a withdrawn output rest position into an advanced work situation. The grease fitting seals a lubrication fitting for the delivery of lubricant. The grease fitting has two or more lubrication fittings (12) for the simultaneous or temporally shifted supply of two or more lubrication fittings. The lubrication fittings are at a common lubricant output body (2) with grease fittings positioned next to each other.
