SOLUTION: A field in which the user is likely to be interested is preliminarily extracted from a history information database D2 and stored in an interest field database D4 as an interest field. And information in consideration of the user's interest is selected from provided information of a provided information database D3 by using the stored interest field of the user, the selected information is distributed to the user by an electronic mail, etc., and provided to the user on a home page screen.
