发明名称 FUEL INJECTION VALVE FOR DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject fuel in a cylindrical shape and hollow conical shape with a simple structure by forming a groove part for directing flow of fuel so as to make fuel flow from a circumference of an inlet into a tangent direction. SOLUTION: A valve main body inclining part 13 is in a parallel l with a valve element inclining part 8 having a groove part 11, a fuel reservoir 15 and a valve element seat part 14 are formed downstream. An inlet of a first fuel injection passage 16 is formed downstream therefrom, an inlet of a second fuel injection passage 17 is formed on the fuel reservoir 15, and they are communicated with each other in an injection port 18. A valve element 5 performs injection and stop of fuel by a valve main body 6. When the valve element is slightly lifted, a fuel passage 12 is communicated with the first fuel injection passage 16 through a narrow clearance part 19, the groove part 11 is disposed on a circumferential part of the inlet of the first fuel injection passage 16 of the valve main body 6. On the other hand, since a guide part 9 is the same as a cross sectional shape of a cylindrical part of the fuel reservoir 15 of the valve main body 6, the second fuel injection passage 17 is closed from the fuel passage 12 while guiding the valve element 5 in the cylindrical part of the fuel reservoir 15 of the valve main body 6.
