PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil receiver facilitating safe and efficient drain without imposing a burden on an operator. SOLUTION: This oil receiver comprises a retaining member whose tip (retaining portions 2a1, 2b2) are retained to a drain port of an oil pan in a suspended condition, an operation bar 3 that freely switches the condition of the retaining member 2 between retained condition to non-retained one with respect to the drain port, and an oil receiver main body 5 that is retained to a base end portion 2c of the retaining member 2 in a suspended condition and receives the oil discharged from the drain port. The retaining member 2 is positioned at the inner periphery side of the oil receiver main body 5, with an operation end 3a of the operation bar 3 disposed at the outer periphery side of the oil receiver main body 5.
