PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-shaped channel lifting tool which allows safely lifting and lowering a U-shaped channel through uniform operations. SOLUTION: In this U-shaped channel lifting tool, a pair of transverse members 4, 4 each provided at both ends with locking parts 3 which can abut and lock the underside of the inward projection 1 of a U-shaped channel 2 made of concrete, at the top of an interior wall, are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, the center part of the tool is fixed to a longitudinal member 5, and downwardly extending anti-deflection members 6 slightly spaced inwardly from the interior wall surface of the U-shaped channel 2 are provided below both ends of each of the pair of transverse members 4.
