PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely set a flexible connecting implement in a desired height and position by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This connecting implement, provided with a sprocket-shaped grooved lock part 9 lockable at a prescribed angle in an end part of one connection material 2, mounts a fitting lock bar 13 fittable to a groove 12 of the grooved lock part 9 floatably toward its side, pivotally mounts an end part of the other connection material flexibly in a center position of the grooved lock part 9 of one connection material 2, and mounts an elastic material 15 of prescribed elastic force in a rear part of the fitting lock bar 13 so as to lock the fitting lock bar 13 of the other connection material 3 elastically pressed to one groove 12 of the grooved lock part 9. The other connection material is further connected to the other end part of the connection material 3 flexibly in a direction 90 degrees orthogonal relating to a flexed surface direction.
