PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath heater with hot water supply apparatus in which error is reduced in the timing for delivering a notice sign and delivery of unnecessary notice sign or completion sign is prevented. SOLUTION: Bath side hot water temperature Thf at the time of starting extra firing is stored and measurement of time is started at a timer section and then the rising gradient of return hot water Thf is calculated based on the rising rate of bath side return hot water Thf and the elapsed time. A decision is then made whether a formula Tsf-K×ΔT/t<=Thf is satisfied or not, where Tsf is extra firing set temperature, Thf is bath side return hot water,ΔT is temperature rise after starting extra firing, t is elapsed time after starting extra firing, and K is a constant (min). Furthermore, decisions are made whether a predetermined time has elapsed before the formula is satisfied after starting extra firing: condition 1, whether difference between the temperatures Thf and Tsf has exceeded a predetermined value: condition 2, or whether absence of a person at bath can be confirmed based on variation of water level: condition 3. When the formula and the conditions 1-3 are satisfied, a decision is made that extra firing will complete K min later and a notice indicated. A completion sign is delivered upon completion of extra firing.
