PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech system and a communication terminal and a telephone exchange system for operating an extension communication terminal even when down-loading the changed station data, and for easily updating the down-loaded changed station data by pressing the button of the extension communication terminal. SOLUTION: This speech system is constituted of plural communication terminals 2 which are respectively provided with station data, a data managing device 4 for managing the station data of the plural communication terminals 2, and a telephone exchange system 1 for connecting the plural communication terminals 2 with the data managing device 4. The communication terminals 2 are respectively provided with a buffer 315 for temporarily storing changed station data. The changed station data are added to a call control message.
