PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera with a printer that can print out a panorama image obtained by applying synthesis processing to a plurality of image data by a method of the composite photography without limitation of its lateral length (or longitudinal length). SOLUTION: The camera with a printer is provided with an image pickup means that picks up the image of an object to obtain electronic image data, a synthesis processing means that joins a plurality of images picked up by the image pickup means to obtain one synthesized image, and a print means that employs continuous roll paper for print paper and prints out the synthesized image onto the continuous print paper. Since the camera of this invention employs the continuous roll paper, the length of the paper can freely be cut in matching with the length of the image. Thus, a user can print out the panorama image with an optional size, that is, whose image length is uncertain, onto a single sheet of print paper.
