WELDING STRUCTURE OF RESIN MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld a blow-formed duct for air conditioner to the rear surface of an instrument panel while absorbing an error and avoiding a stress concentration on a connection part. SOLUTION: A connecting projected part having a first resin member with a rather longitudinally long hollow part and a second resin member with a rather longitudinally long panel-shaped portion installed on a mounting leg part extended from the hollow part of the first resin member and extending in longitudinal direction is allowed to abut on the rear surface of the panel- shaped portion of the second resin member. Then the connecting projected part is welded to the rear surface of the panel-shaped portion. In addition, a flexible part is provided at the mounting leg part having the connecting projected part of the first resin member along the longitudinal direction.
