PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for a shortstopper having various advantages of conventional short stopper, usable for inhibiting nitrosamine. SOLUTION: This composition for short stop contains a nitrosamine inhibitor which is a mono-(2-16C)alkylamine, a polyethyleneimine, pyrrole, indole, hydroquinone, catechol, ascorbic acid, polyoxymethylene or any derivative of these substances. This composition is useful for terminating free radical emulsion polymerization of a conjugated diene and an arbitrary vinyl monomer. |
