METHOD OF CONNECTING TERMINAL OF LEAD BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate welding defect of a terminal connected to a bushing without the process of smoothing the upper surface of the connected portion. SOLUTION: The leading end of a terminal pole erected from a strap 4 is inserted in the terminal through hole 3 of a bushing 2. A groove 20 of the bushing 2 receives the lower part of a cover 9, in the inside of which the bushing 2 is connected to the terminal pole 5 by welding. An outer upper side 22 of the bushing 2 is abutted by a terminal connection part 6, so that the connection portion of the bushing and the terminal pole is connected to a terminal connection body 6 with a through-hole 7 by supplementing lead to the through- hole 7.
