PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a steel framed concrete foundation which is used for joining the end of a steel foundation beam 2 to the side face at the lower end of a column 1 so that the end of the column 1 as well as the steel foundation beam 2 is embedded in the foundation concrete 4, allowing easy joint between the steel foundation beam 2 and the column 1 in the steel framed concrete foundation in a well-workable manner. SOLUTION: The column 1 is divided into a lower column material 5 to be embedded in the foundation concrete 4 and an upper column material 6 to be put thereon. A joint plate 3 is secured to the column 1 by using flanges 14, 15 between which the column materials 5, 6 are bolted. The end of the steel foundation beam 2 is bolted to the joint plate 3 for joining the column 1 and the steel foundation beam 2 together.
