PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit receiving an input signal with a low frequency that generates a high frequency signal. SOLUTION: The mixer circuit has a transistor(TR) Q1 whose gate terminal receives a base band signal BB and whose source terminal is connected to ground, a TR Q2 whose source terminal is connected to ground and whose drain terminal acts like a signal output terminal, a TR Q3 whose gate terminal receives a local signal LO, whose source terminal is connected to a drain terminal of the TR Q1, and whose drain terminal is connected to a gate terminal of the TR Q2, and a resistive element R whose one end receives a power supply voltage VDD and whose the other end is connected to a connecting point between the drain terminal of the TR Q1 and the source terminal of the TR Q3.
