PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ADC improved in accuracy of output data and suitable for a high-speed serial data processing. SOLUTION: Analog signals are digitally converted tentatively by parallel processings and serially converted and outputted thereafter. At the time, the two kinds of internal clocks are prepared from a reference clock, an analog value is fetched in synchronism with one of the clocks and it is digitally converted by one clock by the parallel processings and serially arranged and outputted in synchronism with the other clock. Since the internal clocks are prepared for an optional number, a bit number is arbitrarily selected. |
