PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doorphone with a camera where a camera unit can reliably be turned and the rotary engagement between an angle adjustment lever and the camera unit can surely be conducted. SOLUTION: In the doorphone with camera 10 that is built in a case 5 consisting of a front cover 1 and a base 2 and provided with a camera 3a whose photographing angle is adjustable, the camera 3a is installed in the camera unit 3, and a turning shaft 3d provided to the camera unit 3 and a bearing 3f provided in the case 5 to turnably support the turning shaft 3d are slidably fitted for the adjustment of the photographing angle of the camera 3a.
