PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detecting circuit that can operate regardless of the input voltage, reduce the variance in detection and improve the precision. SOLUTION: This temperature detecting circuit is provided with a first transistor group connected in series, a second transistor group connected in series, the first and second sources of electrical current which supply current to each of the first and second diode groups, and the voltage comparator that inputs the electrical potential at the point connecting the first and second diode groups with the first and second sources of electrical current. The number of the first diode group and that of the second diode group is made different. |
