PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a density difference on both sides of a printed matter with a simple constitution and realize the high-speed acquisition of a perfected printed matter with no offset in a stencil perfect printing equipment equipped with a pair of cylindrical plate cylinders (1) and (2), each of which is equipped with an ink passable peripheral surface wound with a processed stencil original paper and a squeegee means arranged so as to supply an ink from the inside of the peripheral surface to the peripheral surface and rotatingly driven about the center axis line of itself. SOLUTION: A pair of the plate cylinders are arranged opposite to each other. At least one plate cylinder (2) is equipped with a built-in heating means (5). At the same time, a phase changing ink, which reversibly changes from a solid state to a liquid state, is supplied to the plate cylinder (2). The heating means preferably heats a squeegee means (21) preferentially.
