PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design steel sheet, wherein a pattern layer is arranged on a steel sheet through a transparent film with good adhesion even if a steel sheet, which is inferior to the adhesion with an adhesion sheet, such as a stainless steel sheet or a metallic coated steel sheet is used, easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: An adhesion sheet 6, on which a pattern layer 7 is formed, and a steel sheet 1 are bonded through a transparent primer 5 which is based on a resin having compatibility with respect to the adhesion sheet or composed of a resin in which inorganic fine particles or organic polymer fine particles are dispersed or based on a resin which has compatibility with respect to the adhesive sheet and contains inorganic fine particles or organic polymer fine particles in a dispersed state.
